Early morning bike ride to Horam & back with Meg

Change of tack from the dawn sup raids to involve the kids in some early morning exercise. Jess opted out but Meg was up for it so 6.30 am we were off on the bikes.

Back in plenty of time to get shower, have brekki, coffee in back garden, then off to work ....
